　　今天开家长会。我怕爸爸忘了这件事。所以我就一吃完饭就连忙跑回家给爸爸打电话，爸爸果然忘了这件事。爸爸就准时参加了家长会。因为我进步非常大，所以老师表扬我了。我心里非常高兴，还下定决心以后要继续努力，争取期末考试取得好成绩。

　　There's a parents' meeting today. I'm afraid dad will forget it. So as soon as I finished eating, I hurried home to call my father, who really forgot about it. Dad attended the parents' meeting on time. The teacher praised me for my great progress. I am very happy, but also determined to continue to work hard to achieve good results in the final examination.
